Who we are

Stir & Scale, LLC is an Illinois limited liability company. For the purposes of this policy, we are the party responsible for the information described below.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you apply for early access through the form on our site, that may include:

• Your email address (required).
• Your restaurant or brand name, number of locations, point-of-sale system, and your role.
• The delivery platforms you use and, optionally, approximate monthly sales ranges per platform.

We also collect basic, privacy-friendly website analytics (such as page views, referring sites, and approximate country) that do not identify you personally and do not use advertising cookies.

What we do not collect here

This website does not ask for your customers' personal information, and we do not collect payment card details through it. Separately, our product connects to an operator's point-of-sale on a read-only basis; where that connection would expose guest identifiers (such as names or phone numbers on delivery or takeout orders), those identifiers are dropped on ingestion and never stored.

How we use your information

• To review your application and decide whether the early-access program is a fit.
• To contact you about your application and, if relevant, about onboarding.
• To understand, in aggregate, how our site is performing.

We use the information you share only for these purposes. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we will never send you spam.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our website host and form processor (Netlify) and our analytics provider — and only to the extent they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as we are evaluating it or maintaining a relationship with you, and then for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@stirandscale.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local laws.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit who can access it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
